About ME

Hi, my name is Marta and as far back as I can remember, I’ve always had a camera in my hands. Photography has been a constant companion in my life. I can’t recall a week without taking pictures. It brings me joy, calms my mind, and gives me the chance to capture fleeting moments and share happiness with the people around me.

One of my first childhood Christmas wishes was a camera a little Olympus with film inside. Back then, waiting for the developed photos was a ritual filled with excitement: would even one out of the 24 or 36 shots turn out beautifully?

Though I studied tourism and gastronomy, my second passion has always been languages. Over the years, I’ve been lucky to travel with nothing more than a backpack and an open heart, discovering new cultures, meeting inspiring people, and letting nature’s beauty speak to me. All of that has shaped the way I see the world and express myself through photography.

I’ve always loved art in many forms, but photography gives me something very special, a way to share a piece of myself and the magic in everyday life. I’ve worked closely with people since a young age, and I believe that real connection shows through the lens.

Black and white photography holds a special place in my heart. It allows the essential to come through emotion, depth, story. There’s a kind of honesty in its simplicity. My photos are rarely edited; I love raw moments, natural light, and imperfect beauty.
